Returns Policy

When returning Sleep Comfort product, please contact our Customer Service department to obtain an authorisation number. Only returns authorised by Sleep omfort will be credited.

All returns will be subject to count and inspection upon receipt before the credit is issued.

No claim will be recognised unless made within 14 days of the invoice date.

All returned goods must be in the same condition that they were despatched from Sleep Comfrot. No credit will be give on opened or goods damaged at the customers premises.

In cases where the goods have been supplied correctly, freight on the goods, as well as return freight will be charged to the purchaser and deducted from their claim amount.
